About Me-

I am from Purba Mednipur ,West Bengal, India named Sajal Samanta  in field in Physical Anthropology  and working now as Adolescent health counsellor in the Department of Health and Family Welfare , Govt of West Bengal  Under the Adolescent Health .

Apart from that, I am results- driven social worker with a strong background in education, community development and social justice advocacy with extensive experience in designing in implementing programme that meet diverse need.

I am associated about empowering individual and communities. As a skilled communicator, I am specialized in case management, inter disciplinary collaboration, and group facilitation.

I have grown in the field of NGO accompanied by quality and skills , Training conduction, Community Mobilization , Advocacy, Proposal writing , Funding arrangement ( Govt. CSR, FC) , Monitoring and evaluation, all these skills has allowed me to create engaging learning environments, fostering holistic development.

I have dedicated my last 15 years acceleration of different work in different NGO field.

I have also spent so many years as an investigator in a yoga and naturopathy research institute at Durgapur under Population and Social Development, keeping with the responsibility of data analysis and finding of randomized clinical trials (RCT) of any particular naturopathy method in different autoimmune diseases. I have published so many research articles in different national or international journals like STM, JUSRES and JRF.

In addition to my education roles, I have worked in various field seating, including psychiatric and medical institutions, gaining hand over experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and family support . I have proven ability to manage complex cases while maintaining strong relationship with multidisciplinary teams.

I am always eager to collaborate on projects that promote social change and uplift marginalized communities.
